The Letter Queue allows the user to see letters that are queued and their status. Within the Letter Queue the user can:
The display can be filtered to view for a selected Provider or for All Providers. In the letter queue the user can view the Date of Service, Patient, Provider, Recipient, Status, Priority and Notes (if any).
When not in use the letter queue window can be minimized allowing users to carry on working in Accuro whilst having the queue open.
To access the Letter Queue click the Letters link located at the bottom-left of the Accuro window.
